UX and Content Design
I believe things should just be easy. You should be able to scroll the app while you’re cooking, elbow-deep in breadcrumbs, without squinting at a tiny button or wondering what happens if you tap it. Words shouldn’t trip you up—they should glide, getting you where you need to go before you even realize you’ve arrived. The best experiences are invisible, the kind you only notice when they’re not there. That’s the kind of ease I aim to design.

Educational onboarding flow
At Truebill (now Rocket Money), the Product team wanted to insert educational content into the onboarding flow, a delicate process because you never want to scare the user away. At the same time, it's important to help them understand what Truebill is about up front. See what I mean.

Credit Builder LP
The goal here was to test whether users were interested in a credit builder program. We created targeted ads which then led users to this landing page. It turns out, users were very interested! We had overwhelming return with both our ads and landing page. Dive in.

Cocktail Party feature
I wrote the UX copy for our mobile app and website. I also helped write the value prop, "Gather your community, frequently and virtually, with conversations enabled through one-on-one video chats." Check it out.
04
Pricing page
UX price writing has its challenges. Not only do you have to be clear, but you don't want to scare customers away. See how I wrote an updated pricing sheet for Run The World. Take a closer look.
